随着期中考试的结束，本学期的各项工作都取得了一定的成绩，当然也还存在一定的不足，四、六年级英语教学总结。现将半学期的工作总结如下，为今后的工作提供借鉴和参照。

一、学习课标，明确教学目标。

开校初对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。

备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点：

1、课前备课，做到"有备而来"。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接；
既要突出重点，又要突破难点；
既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，如：单词卡片、实物(图片)、头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。

2、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，展开教学内容让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，通过反复的趣味操练(如：唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

3、课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一课，我都及时对该课作出总结和反思，写出教后感，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该课的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课，体现以人为本。

为了培养学生学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇、句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的.`能力。为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点：巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材"图文并茂"的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，通过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开；
为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习环境，以简单易操作的趣味性、多样化游戏为主来实施教学，让学生进行反复模仿、认读、玩演、视听，从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会，让学生在玩的过程中获得新知，提高他们语言的运用能力，培养他们的学习兴趣，工作总结《四、六年级英语教学总结》。通过听录音，复习新知。我常在每节课结束的前分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿、表演对话。在学生进行合作学习、表演时及时给予示范和指导，让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦，体会到学习英语的乐趣。这样既复习了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性，从而让学生真正做到眼到、口到、心到、手到。

不足之处：

1、对学生估计不足，或考虑不周。在平时的训练中，只注意了大方面的情况，没能充分考虑学生个体因素。盲目的认为已经是六年级的学生了，有能力自己解决问题，而忽视了对学生的出错的问题及时纠正。只强调了学生的优势，忽略其薄弱方面的及时补差。

2、对学生自觉性过于自信，没有盯上靠上。学生学习态度不端正。班级中学习的气氛不浓，特别是一些男同学，经常在上课的时候开小差或者讲话。在单词或者句子操练时不肯开口读，做作业时也会敷衍了事。

3、对待优生的帮扶不利。本学期，由于主客观因素，我对班内的10余名待优生的辅导没能落到实处。一对他们缺乏足够的耐心，一个是时间没能靠上。我有时间的时候他们没时间，他们有时间时我有其他工作要做，错过了最佳帮教时机。

4、听力能力差。平时上课之前的自由会话，学生听不懂，不知道怎么回答。作业中的听力错误率也很高，有些同学甚至抄袭别人的答案。根本原因在与基本的单词和句子没有掌握。

5、书写习惯差。很多学生经常把手写体写成印刷体，写句子的时候没有间隔、不加标点、开头字母不大写，尽管多次强调还是有很多学生改正不过来。

6、课堂效率不高，很多时候都花在了管理班级的秩序上，教学任务完成不了。教学方式失当，课堂花在游戏和活动上的时间比较多，让学生读或者写的时间相对很少，很多作业都是让学生快速完成，导致学生作业马虎，课文不熟悉。

针对毕业班，我在教学中想了许多办法，做到对每个学生的学习我都心中有数，在辅导后进生方面，会安排在前段时间，给他们树立学习英语的自信心；
下半阶段主要是辅导尖子生，常设计一些考试的题型给学生练习，为毕业统考做好充分准备。
